Returns & Refund Policy
At TRAYAA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring that every fragrance is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it is shipped. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and for hygiene and safety reasons, our return policy is outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived with missing items.
- The product was damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, labels, and invoices (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging after delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return request has been approved and the returned product has been received and inspected (if applicable), your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Incorrect products shipped by us.
- Products received in damaged or defective condition.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under this Returns & Refund Policy.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to an error on our part (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), TRAYAA will arrange or reimburse the return shipping costs, where applicable. If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team.
